Including 51% minimum by natural or legal persons whose majority shareholders are natural persons of Congolese nationality.
Thus, Fonci Resources can subcontract both public and private companies and respond to calls for tenders in the field of the supply of construction materials, and in construction projects, on the entire Congolese territory.
